This time of the year, many people have decided to start a weight loss program. This can be through a variety of ways including starting a diet and change of eating habits together with an exercise program.
Maybe they have decided to join a gym and either work individually or in a group in their efforts to lose weight. Often it is easier working together with others as there can be a competitive spirit to see who can lose the most weight in say a month.
One good method is to start by weighing yourself and then keep a daily journal of what you have eaten and what exercise you have done if any.
Remember to start off the exercises slowly and then build up slowly as you get used to the exercises. There are many weight loss tips available but really a reduction in calories together with some form of exercise should result in a steady weight loss if the regime is kept going.
Experiment with different food, do some research on the calories the foods you are eating contain.
